PRODUCTS & PRICING

We take every care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at the time of uploading products to the website. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification.

Our products are priced in Euro. When paying by credit card this is the amount which will be deducted from your debit or credit card. When purchasing products with sterling or other currencies, debit or credit cards, the exchange rates will be set by the cardholders bank. These rates fluctuate on a daily basis, for further information, cardholders should contact their bank as exchange rates are not applied by Topline Doyle’s. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. This website uses 3D secure card payments only.

ORDERING GOODS

When an order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming we have received your order and it is being processed.

All products are subject to availability. If products that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process any remaining products on your order. We will not supply a replacement product without your authorisation. If you would like to cancel your order please see returns section of our policy.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Please note that Doyles Gift Vouchers can only be purchased and redeemed in-store. They are not available for purchase on our website nor can they be used as a form of payment on this website. While we do not have an expiry date on our vouchers, we encourage customers to use them in good time. Please always look after Doyles Gift Vouchers carefully and treat them as cash -  we have no way of tracking the voucher should it be lost or stolen and it cannot be replaced.

 

ONLINE RETURNS 

If you are unhappy with a purchase you can either request an exchange or refund for the price of the product that is returned in its original packaging and in fully saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. We cannot refund any delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. See our returns section for the full procedure.

PICK UP SERVICE

  • Pick up station is open Monday to Fridays, 2pm to 5pm. (Public holidays excluded)
  • Pick up is available no sooner than 12 hours after order confirmation.
