Competition Terms & Conditions
- MP Doyle Ltd’s decision regarding the selection of winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, or results of a competition, MP Doyle Ltd’s decision is final.
- Competitions are not open to employees ofMP Doyle Ltd’s, their immediate family members, or any associated companies or agents.
- Unless otherwise stated, entrants must be over 18 years old and resident in the island of Ireland. MP Doyle Ltd’s may request proof of age or residency from any winner.
- Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the officially selected winner.
- No cash alternative will be offered unless specifically stated.
- If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, MP Doyle Ltd’s may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Use of a false name, address, or fraudulent entry will result in immediate disqualification.
- MP Doyle Ltd’s will aim to deliver or arrange collection of prizes within 28 days of notifying the winner. If delays occur, the winner will be informed.
- Prize details are subject to availability, and MP Doyle Ltd’s reserves the right to amend prize details without notice.
- By accepting a prize, winners grant MP Doyle Ltd’s permission to use their name, general location (e.g., county), and image for reasonable promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Entries must be received in the correct format before the advertised closing date. MP Doyle Ltd’s is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, or misdirected entries
- Technical failures or system errors
- Typographical or printing errors in competition materials
- MP Doyle Ltd’s accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, damage, or liability suffered by a participant or winner arising from or related to the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- MP Doyle Ltd’s may cancel, modify, or suspend a competition or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time if required for operational or legal reasons.
- Prizes not claimed within 14 days of winner notification may be forfeited, and MP Doyle Ltd’s reserves the right to award them to an alternative entrant or withdraw them entirely.
- Participation in any MP Doyle Ltd’s competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any specific rules advertised with the competition.
- Anyone found to be in breach of these rules or acting in bad faith (e.g., using fake accounts, automated entries, or spam tactics) will be disqualified.
- Winner(s) will be chosen at random from all valid entries using automated or supervised random selection software.
- Winner(s) will be notified by direct message or email from an official MP Doyle Ltd’s account within 48 hours of the competition closing.
- Closing dates and times will be clearly stated in the competition post or promotional material. Entries received after this time will not be included.
- MP Doyle Ltd’s will retain winner details only for the time required to deliver the prize and in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
- MP Doyle Ltd’s will never ask winners to click links, provide passwords, or share bank or card details to claim a prize. Any message requesting such information should be ignored and reported.
